Winter Citrus Sparkler

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice (preferably from seasonal oranges)
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Sparkling water or club soda
  • A sprig of rosemary for garnish
  • Pomegranate seeds for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

In a shaker, combine the fresh orange juice, pomegranate juice, and honey or agave syrup. Shake well to blend the ingredients and dissolve the honey/agave.
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
Pour the juice mixture over the ice, filling the glass about halfway.
Top off the glass with sparkling water or club soda, leaving room for it to fizz.
Gently stir to combine.
Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds.
