This is a drink recipe developed by Genevieve Keller for The Brixyard for the Cocktail of the Month series
May 6th is Crepes Suzette Day!  –
Who doesn’t love buerre noisette (brown butter), orange, and vanilla?
 
The Crepes Suzette Sunrise captures the rich, buttery, and citrusy flavors of its namesake. This delightful non-alcoholic cocktail blends the essence of orange, a hint of vanilla, and a touch of caramel, creating a sophisticated and indulgent drink perfect for any occasion.
 
(But it does seem like a nice breakfast replacement for a mimosa, no?)

Lavender Honey Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 2 oz fresh orange juice
  • 1 oz caramel syrup
  • 1/2 oz vanilla syrup
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 3 oz cold water or orange-flavored sparkling water
  • Orange zest for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

Fill the glass with ice.

Mix the Drink:

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the fresh orange juice, caramel syrup, vanilla syrup, and lemon juice.
  • Shake well to mix all the ingredients thoroughly.

Pour and Top:

  • Strain the mixture into the glass filled with ice.
  • Top with cold water or orange-flavored sparkling water, giving it a gentle stir.

Garnish and Serve:

  • Garnish with a sprinkle of orange zest.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy the luxurious and refreshing Crepes Suzette Mocktail.
