It’s a sad day for us Cheddar Bay Biscuits lovers. Red Lobster has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, which means they have closed 48 restaurants across the US. I know at least one location has closed near me, so I felt it was time to start trying out copycat recipes of their os so yum cheesy goodness biscuits. I love biscuits, I always look for them on a menu. Being able to make these at home would actually be dangerous to my waistline! But we must!
By the way, I read a social media post that said that Red Lobster omitted the correct amount of an ingredient in the boxed mix, so unless you add it back in, you’ll never get the right flavor. With a recipe this finicky, I can’t guarantee that this one will be perfect, but it’s worth a try.
