Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon agave syrup or honey (optional, adjust to taste)
  • Club soda or sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh pineapple wedges for garnish
  • Mint leaves or edible flowers for garnish

Instructions

  1. Blend the Juices: In a mixing glass, combine the pineapple juice, orange juice, and lime juice. If you prefer a sweeter taste, add agave syrup or honey to your liking. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are fully mixed.
  2. Chill: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Pour the juice mixture over the ice and shake well for about 10-15 seconds to chill the mocktail.
  3. Prepare the Glass: Fill a tall glass with ice cubes to keep your drink cool and refreshing.
  4. Pour and Fizz: Strain the chilled juice mixture into the prepared glass, filling it about three-quarters of the way. Top up with club soda or sparkling water to add fizz and make your mocktail even more refreshing.
  5. Garnish: Add a wedge of fresh pineapple on the rim of the glass and a sprig of mint or a few edible flowers for a festive and spring-like appearance.
  6. Serve: Enjoy your Tropical Easter Breeze immediately, ideally accompanied by Easter treats and the company of loved ones.

Tips:

  • For an extra Easter touch, serve the mocktail in glasses decorated with Easter-themed drink stirrers or ribbons.
  • Consider adding a splash of grenadine for a lovely gradient effect and an extra hint of sweetness.
  • This recipe can easily be multiplied to serve a crowd, making it perfect for larger Easter gatherings.
