Served in a tall glass over ice and often garnished with a slice of lemon or a cherry, the Tom Collins is quintessentially light and effervescent.

Its origins date back to the 19th century, and over the years, it has remained a popular choice, especially in warm weather, for its crisp and invigorating flavor profile. The Tom Collins is not just a drink but a staple in the cocktail world, embodying the essence of simplicity and refreshment.
